Jill was a kind and warm person and we were pleased to have her as a friend. An abiding memory of Jill is of her as hostess, welcoming us to their home for long and generous Sunday lunches. It was a pleasure to talk with Jill - she was a good listener and had many interests giving us a wide range of topics to explore. Her lovely, open personality was totally free of pretensions.
